Zur Verstärkung des SAP-Teams suchen wir einen SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Berater (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im Bereich EC Payroll, Time, Employee Central bzw. SAP HCM Payroll. Sie begleiten spannende HR Digitalisierungsprojekte und treiben die kontinuierliche Optimierung der HR-Prozesse voran - mit viel Freiraum, Verantwortung und modernster SAP-Technologie., * Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Betreuung von SAP SuccessFactors, speziell in einem der Bereiche EC Payroll, Time bzw. Employee Central bzw. SAP HCM PY oder SAP HCM PT

 * Gute Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen und deren Abbildung in SAP HCM bzw. SAP SuccessFactors
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung
 * Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 30%, je nach SAP-Kundenprojekt

## Description

* Durchführung von Workshops und Beraten der HR-Fachbereiche der Kunden bei der Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen und Prozesse in SAP HCM bzw. SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF)
 * Übernahme von Teilprojekten im SAP SuccessFactors und SAP HCM Umfeld z.B. Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll und Time, SAP HCM Payroll Einführung
 * Eigenverantwortliches Betreuen und Optimieren von SAP SuccessFactors mit Fokus auf EC Payroll, Time und Employee Central bzw. SAP HCM mit Fokus auf Payroll oder Zeitwirtschaft
 * Betreuung der Schnittstellen zwischen SAP HCM und SAP SuccessFactors Systemen und angrenzenden Modulen und Systemen
 * Erstellung technischer Konzepte, Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen für verschiedene Kunden
