* Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im SAP HCM Payroll (PY) Customizing

## Description

* Beratung und Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer SAP HCM-Anwendungssysteme
 * Eigenverantwortliches Customizing von SAP HCM Payroll (PY), einschließlich Schemen und Rechenregeln für bestehende und neue Kunden
 * Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Erarbeitung praxisorientierter und nachhaltiger Lösungskonzepte
 * Aktive Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen im SAP HCM Umfeld
 * Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung moderner SAP-Lösungen mit Fokus auf SAP BTP und SAP S/4HANA
 * Erstellung von Spezifikationen für ABAP-Entwicklungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Entwicklungsteam
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung kundenspezifischer Systemlandschaften und Anwendungen
 * Optional: Entwicklung kleinerer Kundenlösungen auf Basis von ABAP, beispielsweise BAdIs, Reports oder Enhancements
