## About the Role

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain / Logistics, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Kundenservice / Customer Service, Qualitätsmanagement, Supply Chain / Logistics, Change-Management, Projektmanagement sowie Flugzeugwartung

 * Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent

 * Reisebereitschaft (2-3 Mal pro Jahr innerhalb Europas)

 * Versierte Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

 * Tools: SAP, Google Workspace, Skywise

Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören:

 * Koordination von FAL- und Produktionsentnahmen sowie der Erteilung von Bestellungen, sofern erforderlich

 * Unterstützung bei AOG-Fällen (Aircraft-On-Ground)

 * Steuerung verschiedener Zulieferaktivitäten innerhalb der Abteilung

 * Funktion als Hauptansprechpartner für das ASO-Bestellteam (Satair Supply Chain) und Abwicklung der Produktionskoordination im Werk (Was, wann, Nachverfolgung)

 * Verwaltung der Auftragsnachverfolgung (Beschaffung aus Produktion/Lager) und Zusammenstellung aller erforderlichen Informationen zu Auftragsstatus und Lieferterminen, einschließlich SAP-Eingaben
