## About the Role

* Degree in business informatics, engineering, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable field.
 * Several years of SAP MDG consulting and implementation experience, with proven leadership of projects, teams, and client engagements.
 * Strong knowledge of SAP MDG architecture and master data management, ideally complemented by ABAP expertise.
 * Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, ideally including SAP BTP and integration with modules such as MM and SD.
 * Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into pragmatic solutions.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence at senior client level.
 * Fluent in German and English and willing to travel.

 * Lead SAP MDG projects and programs end-to-end, taking responsibility for delivery, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
 * Advise senior stakeholders on master data strategy, process optimization, and SAP MDG, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
 * Lead and develop project teams, providing direction, coaching, and expertise across interdisciplinary and international engagements.
 * Shape solution architectures for business partner, material, and financial master data across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
 * Drive business development through client relationships, proposals, workshops, feasibility studies, and identification of new opportunities.
 * Shape and grow our SAP MDG offering by contributing market expertise, thought leadership, and innovative solutions.
