 * Sie bewerten Verwaltungsprozesse hinsichtlich ihres Automatisierungspotenzials und automatisieren anschließend mögliche Prozessschritte mit unterschiedlichen Technologien (z. B. KI-Agenten, Robotic Process Automation, Low-Code etc.).
 * Sie begleiten Modernisierungsprojekte inder Rolle desIT-Spezialisten und beraten die Projektleitungen sowie Fachämter zur technischen Umsetzbarkeit.
 * Sie übernehmen die Fachadministration verschiedener Software (z. B. RPA) inklusivedes Level-1- und Level-2-Supports.
