## Description

* Führung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines 18-köpfigen Teams sowie Steuerung des bedarfsgerechten Personaleinsatzes.
 * IT-Strategie: Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur und zentraler IT-Fachthemen.
 * Informationssicherheit: Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der operativen Informationssicherheit sowie effizienter IT-Prozesse.
 * Beratung: Zentraler Ansprechpartner für IT- und Informationssicherheitsthemen innerhalb des Hauses.
 * Projektmanagement: Steuerung und Begleitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte sowie Mitgestaltung moderner Arbeits- und Prozessabläufe.
 * Netzwerk & Kooperation: Vertretung des Instituts gegenüber der Finanz Informatik, Verbänden und weiteren externen Partnern.
