 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und performanten Betriebs der SAP-Systeme
 * Betreuung und Bearbeitung von SAPforMe Service Requests sowie Koordination entsprechender Anfragen
 * Durchführung und Betreuung der SAP-Benutzerverwaltung
 * Installation, Konfiguration, Upgrades und Patches von SAP-Systemen
 * Durchführung von Systemkopien, Transporten und Releasewechseln
 * Monitoring und Performance-Optimierung der SAP-Systemlandschaft
 * Analyse und Behebung von technischen Störungen und Fehlern im SAP-Basis-Umfeld
 * Betreuung der Schnittstellen zwischen SAP-Systemen sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Integrationen
 * Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von SAP S/4HANA-Transformations- und Migrationsprojekten
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, der IT sowie externen Dienstleistern
