## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Konfiguration, Betrieb, Überwachung und Pflege der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur sowie System- und Anwendungssoftware
 * Administration und Einrichtung von Telekommunikationsanlagen
 * Umsetzung und Steuerung von Veränderungen innerhalb der IT-Systemlandschaft
 * Planung und Durchführung von Datensicherungen sowie Backup-Strategien
 * Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im 1st und 2nd Level
 * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden IT-Systeme und Prozesse
