 * Carry out and oversee maintenance, repair and service work across critical data centre systems
 * Support electrical switching operations
 * Install and commission power and data cabling
 * Handle customer remote-hands requests
 * Perform regular inspection rounds of technical infrastructure
 * Diagnose and resolve faults during live operation
 * Participate in on-call rotation
