## Description

* Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und externem IT-Dienstleister
 * Erste Ansprechperson für interne IT-Anforderungen und Koordination der Umsetzung
 * Verwaltung der Systemlandschaft, Softwarelizenzen und IT-Dokumentation
 * Identifikation, Planung und Koordination von Digitalisierungsprojekten und Optimierung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse (Automatisierung und KI-Lösungen)
 * Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Systemlandschaft (z. B. DMS, CRM und ERP) in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen IT-Partnern
 * Überwachung der IT-Infrastruktur sowie Unterstützung bei IT-Sicherheits- und Datenschutzthemen
 * Koordination und Steuerung unseres externen IT-Dienstleisters
