Selbstständig, strukturiert und erfahren in Projekt- und Kampagnenplanung, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit crossfunktionalen Teams

 * Erfahrung mit komplexen Lifecycle-Setups sowie Kenntnisse im WhatsApp-Marketing und in der Beauty-Branche.
 * Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil

## Description

* Verantwortung für CRM, Lifecycle Marketing und Kundenbindung über alle Märkte hinweg mit klarem Fokus auf Wachstum, Wiederkäufe und Customer Lifetime Value
 * Du planst, optimierst und setzt Multi-Channel-Journeys inkl. Automatisierungen und Personalisierungen um
 * Durchführung und Auswertung von A/B-Tests sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung datenbasierter Entscheidungen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
 * Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Loyalty-Programmen inklusive Kundenumfragen
 * Nutzung von Analytics und KPIs zur datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung
 * Entwicklung von kreativen Kampagnen zur Steigerung von Engagement und Customer Lifetime Value
