## Description

* Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Services in dem Bereichen Finance - fachlich, operativ und wirtschaftlich
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Teams
 * Sicherstellung stabiler und effizienter IT-Services (Betrieb, Ticketmanagement, Change Requests, Projekte)
 * Planung und Steuerung von Ressourcen, Budgets und Terminen
 * Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Systeme
 * Modernisierung und Transformation der IT-Landschaft (u. a. Migration auf S/4HANA)
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Verhandlungen im Rahmen definierter Richtlinien
 * Mitarbeit an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Organisation (Roadmap, Budget- und Personalplanung)
 * Leitung und Beteiligung an Projekten inkl. Projektmanagementverantwortung
 * Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende in allen IT-relevanten Fragen zu Finance
