* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP SuccessFactors- und SAP-HCM-Umfeld

## Description

* Technische Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der SAP-SuccessFactors-Landschaft, insbesondere Employee Central
 * Konzeption und Realisierung von Integrationen zwischen SuccessFactors und angebundenen Anwendungen
 * Entwicklung, Anpassung und Überwachung von iFlows in der SAP Cloud Integration
 * Analyse bestehender Integrationsszenarien sowie Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
 * Aufnahme und technische Bewertung von Anforderungen aus HR und IT
 * Überführung fachlicher Anforderungen in belastbare technische Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung bestehender Architektur- und Security-Vorgaben
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Anbindungen über OData APIs und weitere Schnittstellentechnologien
 * Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden SAP-HCM-Prozesse, insbesondere in PA, OM und PY
 * Mitarbeit und Übernahme von Verantwortung in SAP-HR-Projekten und Transformationsinitiativen
 * Abstimmung mit internen IT-Teams, HR-Fachbereichen und externen Implementierungspartnern
 * Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren technischen Dokumentation und eines stabilen Betriebs der Integrationslandschaft
