 * Strategie, Design, Transition, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT Security Services
 * Steuerung und fachliche Koordination interner und externer Service Provider
 * Leistungsüberwachung, Eskalationsmanagement und kontinuierliche Optimierung
 * Budgetverantwortung für IT Security Services
 * Steuerung von Kosten, Lizenzen und Wirtschaftlichkeit
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie regulatorischer und gesetzlicher Anforderungen im IT-Security-Umfeld
 * Etablierung und Nachverfolgung von KPIs zur Messung von Service Performance, Service-Reifegrad und Kundenzufriedenheit
