* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, des Ingenieurwesens, der Luft- und Raumfahrt, des Maschinenbaus oder ein vergleichbares technisches Studium bzw. eine Qualifikation als Staatlich geprüfter Techniker / Fachwirt
 * Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungsplanung/-steuerung, im Manufacturing Engineering sowie in der Disposition / Materialbeschaffung
 * Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Excel, MS Office, ZAMIZ sowie Kenntnisse in SAP, KVP, Lean Management und Google Workspace
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und versierte Englischkenntnisse
 * Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht im wöchentlichen Wechsel)
 * Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge schnell zu analysieren, gepaart mit einer selbstständigen, strukturierten Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
