## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten im Electrical & Automation Engineering über alle Projektphasen.
 * Sicherstellung der termin-, qualitäts- und budgetgerechten Projektdurchführung.
 * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit von Mechanik, Elektrik/Automatisierung, Einkauf, Fertigung, Vertrieb und Kunden.
 * Aktives Schnittstellenmanagement mit transparenter, strukturierter Kommunikation.
 * Einbringen neuer technischer und konzeptioneller Lösungsansätze sowie Weiterentwicklung von Engineering-Prozessen, Methoden und Tools.
 * Mitwirkung an Produktentwicklungsstrategien.
 * Perspektivische fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Electrical & Automation Engineering Teams.
