In addition to this, we are looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate skills and experience in some of the following: Essential Skills: * Experience in a specific industry or domain, such as insurance, finance or banking (or equivalent). * Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, scope. * Experience in developing and delivering AI-enabled, production grade solutions at scale. * Deep understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI. * Strong leadership skills, including the ability to enable a diverse technical and non-technical team. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment. Desirable Skills: * Knowledge of emerging AI technologies and their potential applications. * The ability to tell a compelling story by structuring thoughts in a way that is engaging and easy to follow. * Experience in developing and delivering AI solutions using cloud-based platforms. * Experience in agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. * Experience in data visualization and storytelling, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#. ## Description You will play a critical role in delivering AI-enabled solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that leverage the latest technology in the space of traditional AI, generative AI and data science.
