* Strong hands-on experience managing Azure platforms in production environments.
 * Deep knowledge of Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, governance, ARM, RBAC, and managed identities.
 * Expert PowerShell automation skills.
 * Experience with VM image management using Azure Image Builder, Packer, or Shared Image Gallery.
 * Proven Infrastructure as Code experience with Bicep, Terraform, or ARM.
 * Strong Azure networking and troubleshooting expertise.
 * Experience implementing governance and compliance controls at scale.
 * Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.

Desirable

 * Azure Landing Zones and enterprise-scale architecture.
 * Azure Policy authoring and remediation.
 * Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
 * Entra ID and advanced RBAC experience.
 * Experience working within regulated environments.
 * Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400.

## Description

* Own and maintain the Azure platform, ensuring security, stability, and compliance.
 * Manage VM image build and release processes, including patching, testing, and deployment.
 * Implement Azure Policy and governance controls, driving compliance across the estate.
 * Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM.
 * Build enterprise-grade PowerShell automation and tooling.
 * Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking, including VNets, NSGs, DNS, private endpoints, load balancing, and routing.
 * Lead the resolution of complex platform incidents across infrastructure, networking, and applications.
 * Mentor engineers, provide technical leadership, and contribute to engineering best practices.
