## About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Product professional with:

 * Strong Product Management / Product Ownership experience.
 * Recent experience working with AI / GenAI.
 * Experience shaping and delivering AI use cases.
 * Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
 * The ability to operate comfortably across ambiguity and multiple priorities.
 * Ideally retail background or similar environment
 * A track record of turning ideas into valuable, scalable products or solutions.

## Description

You'll be responsible for:

 * Identifying and prioritising AI opportunities.
 * Working with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges.
 * Shaping AI use cases and defining value and success measures.
 * Taking initiatives from POC through to production and adoption.
 * Working closely with technical and AI specialists.
 * Supporting user testing, iteration and change.
 * Ensuring AI solutions deliver measurable commercial value.
