We're looking for strong consulting experience, sound data architecture knowledge and technical depth across several relevant platforms., * Strong experience delivering data and analytics solutions in a client-facing consultancy, systems integrator or comparable environment. * Experience leading technical workstreams and engaging confidently with senior client stakeholders. * Strong knowledge of modern data architecture, data modelling and ETL/ELT principles. * Hands-on experience with several Microsoft data technologies, such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Power BI or Azure Data Lake. * Strong SQL skills and experience designing data warehouses, lakehouses or analytical data models. * The ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical technical designs. * Experience taking solutions from discovery and architecture through to implementation. * Excellent communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills. * Active UK SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain it. ## Description As a Lead Azure Data Consultant, you'll combine technical leadership with hands-on delivery, shaping solution architecture and guiding complex workstreams from discovery through to implementation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn complex data challenges into reliable, actionable insights, while supporting consultants and engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
