## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, SAP Data Migration to lead enterprise-scale SAP transformation and S/4HANA programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background, extensive experience managing client stakeholders, and deep expertise in SAP data migration using SNP and/or SAP DMLT solutions., * 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.

 * Proven leadership of SAP Data Migration workstreams on large-scale transformations.
 * Expertise in SNP CrystalBridge/Selective Data Transition or SAP DMLT methodologies and tools.
 * Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and program leadership skills.

Preferred

 * Experience with both SNP and SAP DMLT.
 * SAP S/4HANA certifications.
 * Experience delivering global transformation programs.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end SAP Data Migration workstreams across S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and transformation programs.
 * Define migration strategy, governance, data quality, testing, reconciliation, and cutover plans.
 * Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders.
 * Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while ensuring successful project delivery.
 * Support business development activities, proposals, and solution design.
