Courses must have a computing content of at least 50%. Relevant formal qualifications considered equivalent to, or higher than, an HND may also be accepted.Route 2 * At least three years' experience working in a challenging Infrastructure Support or Service Desk environment. Relevant experience may include time completed as part of a work placement.Technical ExperienceApplicants must also have at least one year's experience in one or more of the following areas:Microsoft Infrastructure * Managing Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or later. * Working within a Windows Hyper-V 2019 environment. * Managing Microsoft Exchange 2016 or later. * Supporting on-premises and Microsoft 365 email environments. * Supporting Microsoft Azure. * Experience with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel. Networking Support and administration of a TCP/IP-based network, including experience with at least two of the following: * Remote access equipment * Firewalls * Switches * Routers, * The ability to analyse business requirements and develop logical solutions that meet customer needs. * A proactive approach to improving work processes and service delivery. * Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. * The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. * Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a varied and unpredictable workload. * The ability to deliver high-quality work in line with ICT standards and best-practice methods. * The ability to work effectively as part of a team and influence people and resources to achieve agreed objectives. ## Description I am recruiting for an experienced Senior ICT Infrastructure Analyst to join a large, complex organisation in Northern Ireland. This is a hands-on role supporting a secure and reliable ICT environment across multiple locations, with a strong focus on server administration, networking, Microsoft cloud services and operational cyber security.
