We look after everything from day-to-day helpdesk queries to full infrastructure projects, and we pride ourselves on being the IT partner our clients actually want to deal with - not just the one they're stuck with. The Role We're looking for someone with a genuine gift for dealing with people, who wants to build a career in IT. You might currently be working in retail, hospitality, a call centre, front-of-house, or another customer-facing role - and you're ready for something more technical, but you don't want to lose what you're already good at. This is a junior, entry-level role. We'll train you on the technical side. What we can't train is how you make a customer feel when their computers on fire and their patience is gone - that's what we need you to bring on day one. You'll split your time between remote helpdesk support and travelling to client sites across the West Midlands and Staffordshire for onsite installations, repairs, and hardware setups. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
