What You'll Be Doing

As part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll provide essential administrative and data management support, helping ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:

 * Providing administrative support across multiple projects
 * Accurately inputting and maintaining information within databases and internal systems
 * Organising meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating attendees
 * Preparing and sending correspondence and documentation
 * Updating reports and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
 * Taking notes and actions from team meetings
 * Managing electronic and paper filing systems
 * Supporting document management, photocopying, scanning and mail-outs
 * Handling confidential information in line with data protection requirements, * Organising meetings and events
 * Taking meeting minutes or detailed notes
 * Maintaining databases or management information systems
