## About the Role

* 14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
 * Extensive Salesforce experience as an Enterprise Architect.
 * Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience is mandatory. 1-2 years of PSS experience is acceptable.
 * Good to have GDS understanding.
 * Proven experience designing and optimizing business processes and integrating processes across disparate systems.
 * Experience with CRM/Salesforce solutions.
 * Strong experience in business process redesign, roadmap planning, multi-cloud implementations, target architecture, and transition architecture.
 * Ability to assess business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions.
 * Experience with Salesforce 360 and CRM strategy/roadmap development.
 * Ability to work with complex business requirements, design and configuration.
 * Strong collaboration with Technical Architects, project teams, and implementation partners.
 * Experience reviewing design/infrastructure blueprints and identifying potential issues and risks.
 * Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to provide thought leadership and support business process innovation workshops within the Public Sector/Energy & Utilities domain.
