Desirable experience * Experience using GA4 data exported into BigQuery. * Experience in conversion rate optimisation and experimentation. * Experience combining web analytics with transactional, customer, CRM, or marketing data. * Knowledge of consent management, cookies, and digital analytics privacy requirements. * Experience working with APIs, automated data pipelines, or cloud-based data environments. * Practical experience using AI tools within an analytics environment, including automated analysis and insight generation. * Experience supporting ecommerce replatforming projects or wider digital transformation programmes. * Previous experience working with digital analytics agencies or external specialist partners. * A strong interest in emerging technologies, analytics innovation, and AI-driven solutions. ## Description This is a hands-on role for a data-driven analyst with strong expertise in digital analytics, ecommerce measurement, reporting, and data visualisation. Reporting to the Group Digital Analytics Manager, you will transform digital, ecommerce, and customer data into meaningful insights that support commercial performance and business decision-making. You will work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, Technology, and external agency partners to improve digital tracking, reporting, and analytics capabilities. The role will also support the development and application of AI within analytics.
