## Description

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our clients Executive Leadership Team. The CTO will be instrumental in defining and delivering technology strategy, ensuring technology acts as a strategic enabler of growth, operational excellence, and competitive advantage. This role combines leadership across all technology capabilities with responsibility for driving digital transformation, automation, and the effective adoption of artificial intelligence throughout the business.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

 * Develop and maintain the organisation's technology strategy and roadmap.
 * Provide strategic technology leadership to the Executive Team and identify opportunities to improve business performance through technology, automation, and innovation.
 * Lead technology governance, architecture, and standards across the organisation.
 * Ensure technology services remain secure, reliable, scalable, and fit for future business requirements.
 * Own the strategy, development, integration, and ongoing effectiveness of enterprise business applications supporting key business functions.
 * Lead the organisation's AI and automation strategy, ensuring successful adoption of emerging technologies.
 * Drive technology-driven transformation initiatives across the organisation to modernise business processes and enhance customer experience.
 * Manage technology budgets, resources, and strategic supplier relationships.
