 * Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sowie IT-Service-Management-Prozessen (z. B. ITIL)
 * Gute Kenntnisse in der Betriebssystembereitstellung, Softwareverteilung und Softwarepaketierung; Kenntnisse in Matrix42 sind von Vorteil
 * Grundkenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit sowie Verständnis von ISMS-Prozessen und relevanten Standards (z. B. BSI-Grundschutz und KRITIS-Anforderungen)
 * Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie analytisches und prozessorientiertes Denken
 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit

## Description

* Integration, Konfiguration und Betrieb von Client- und Device-Systemen
 * Sicherstellung der Sicherheit und Compliance im Client- und Device-Umfeld
 * Steuerung der Software- und Treiberbereitstellung sowie Durchführung von Rollouts und Change-Prozessen
 * Koordination und Bereitstellung von Hardware in Einzel- und Spezialfällen
 * Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Nutzung von Client- und Device-Systemen
 * Bewertung der technischen Machbarkeit, Anforderungen, Kompatibilität und Risiken im Rahmen der Weiterentwicklung der Client-Infrastruktur
 * Mitarbeit in hausinternen sowie trägerübergreifenden Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Client- und Device-Landschaft
 * Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Betriebsprozesse
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
