* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
 * Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Consultingumfeld, der IT sowie im Projektmanagement
 * Grundverständnis von Programmierung (z. B. Python, JavaScript oder ähnliche) von Vorteil
 * Interesse an IT-Strategie, digitaler Transformation, Cloud-Technologien und modernen Technologien wie Künstlicher Intelligenz, Automatisierung und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
 * Erste Erfahrungen mit Tools/APIs/No-Code (z. B. n8n, Zapier, REST APIs), ebenso wie Erfahrung mit AI-Tools (z. B. LLMs, Prompting, Automations)
 * Analytisches Denken und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
 * Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von KI- und IT-Digitalisierungs-Strategien
 * Als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Management übersetzt du fachliche Anforderungen in tragfähige Lösungs- und Transformationskonzepte
 * Du übernimmst die Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie der Identifikation geeigneter KI-Anwendungsfälle
 * Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs-Workflows (z. B. mit Tools wie n8n) sowie Mitarbeit an KI-Use-Cases (z. B. Agentensysteme, Prompt Engineering, Datenanalyse)
 * Du arbeitest an spannenden Themen rund um Cloud-Transformation, IT-Modernisierung und den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz in Unternehmen
 * Du bereitest Kunden-Workshops und Management-Präsentationen vor und nimmst an Kundenterminen teil
