## Description

Aufgabenbeschreibung

 * Begleitung und Coaching eines agilen Entwicklungsteams nach Scrum und SAFe
 * Moderation von Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review und Retrospektive
 * Unterstützung bei PI-Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demo und ART-Sync
 * Beseitigung von Hindernissen und Unterstützung bei Lösungs- und Eskalationsprozessen
 * Weiterentwicklung agiler Teamstrukturen und Arbeitsweisen
 * Optimierung von Jira-Projekten, Boards und Workflows
 * Analyse und Optimierung teamübergreifender Abhängigkeiten
 * Beratung des RTE zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Wertströmen
