## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Scrum-Master-Zertifizierung (PSM, CSM o. Ä.) sowie eine gültige SAFe-Zertifizierung
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master in einem skalierten agilen Umfeld, idealerweise nach SAFe
 * Fundierte Erfahrung im Coaching crossfunktionaler Teams und in der Begleitung von Transformations- und Veränderungsprozessen
 * Sehr gutes Verständnis agiler Frameworks, Methoden und Prinzipien
 * Sicheres Stakeholder-Management sowie ausgeprägte Moderations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Deutschland

## Description

* Organisation, Moderation und Nachbereitung agiler Events wie Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospektiven sowie Unterstützung bei PI Plannings
 * Förderung einer effektiven, disziplinierten und nachhaltigen agilen Arbeitsweise innerhalb eines crossfunktionalen Teams
 * Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Teamperformance
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Release Train Engineers (RTEs) sowie Scrum Mastern anderer Teams
 * Vorbereitung und Unterstützung teamübergreifender Planungs- und Abstimmungsformate im SAFe-Umfeld
 * Kontinuierliche Abstimmung von Arbeitsfortschritt, Abhängigkeiten und Prioritäten mit relevanten Stakeholdern
 * Coaching der Teammitglieder in agilen Methoden, Prinzipien und Best Practices
 * Begleitung von Teams und Mitarbeitenden im Veränderungsprozess hin zu einer agilen Organisation
 * Förderung einer offenen, kollaborativen und vertrauensvollen Teamkultur
 * Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung individueller Entwicklungsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleitern und Führungskräften
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des SAFe Operating Models
