* Beratung und Weiterentwicklung agiler Methoden und Arbeitsweisen
 * Moderation von Scrum-Events wie Planning, Daily, Review und Retrospektive
 * Unterstützung bei SAFe-Events wie PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt und ART Sync
 * Beseitigung von Impediments und Unterstützung bei Eskalationen
 * Unterstützung bei Strukturierung, Priorisierung und Qualitätssicherung des Product Backlogs
 * Analyse und Optimierung agiler Prozesse und Teamstrukturen
 * Durchführung von Reviews und Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
 * Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen zu agilen Methoden
 * Analyse und Management von Risiken und Problemen in agilen Prozessstrukturen
