Du hast gute Ideen und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung? Dann starte jetzt die dreijährige Ausbildung bei uns als Fachinformatiker/Fachinformatikerin!
Das erwartet dich bei uns:

 * Bearbeitung (Annahme, Erfassung, Analyse, Priorisierung, verantwortliche Verfolgung, Lösung und Dokumentation) von IT-Serviceanfragen in einem Ticketsystem
 * Installation und Konfiguration, Betreuung und Wartung von IT-Systemen (PCs, Notebooks, Mobiltelefone)
 * Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Monitoring von Systemen
 * Administration von komplexen IT-Systemen, Windows Server- und Microsoft Exchange Umgebungen
 * Klinische Arbeitsplatzsysteme mit SAP
 * Systematische Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern und Störungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich, Erarbeitung von IT-Lösungen bei klinischen Fragestellungen
 * Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung bzw. Weiterentwicklung des Service-/User-Helpdesks
 * Projektmitarbeit bei der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme
 * Erstellung von Service- und Prozessdokumentationen
 * Organisatorische und kaufmännische Grundlagen
