## Description

* Implementierung, Konfiguration und Administration von M365-Anwendungen wie Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive und Exchange
 * Verantwortung für die Leitung komplexer, unternehmensweiter IT-Projekte
 * Entwicklung und stetige Optimierung der IT-Strategie
 * Beratung interner Stakeholder zur bestmöglichen Nutzung von Microsoft 365 sowie Schulung der Mitarbeiter in modernen Arbeitsumgebungen
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Ablaufs sowie Behebung möglicher Probleme im 2. und 3. Level
 * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365-Umgebung, Identifikation neuer Features und Evaluierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Entwicklung von Sicherheitskonzepten zur Gewährleistung der IT-Sicherheit
