 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python (insbesondere im AI/ML-Kontext)
 * DevOps & MLOps: z.B. CI/CD für ML, LLMOps, Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes)
 * Methodenkompetenz: Agile Arbeitsmethoden, Architektur-Frameworks
 * Mindestens C1-Sprachlevel: Deutsch & Englisch sowiekommunikations- und präsentationsstark auf allen Unternehmensebenen

 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von AI-/GenAI-/Agentic-AI-Architekturen für interne Projekte
 * Entwicklung skalierbarer End-to-End-Lösungen für Generative AI und LLMs innerhalb unserer internen Systemlandschaft
 * Technische Umsetzung von Proof-of-Concepts und innovativen Plattformlösungen, die direkt von unseren internen Teams genutzt werden
 * Beratung von internen Stakeholdern auf Enterprise-Level
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit DevOps, Data Scientists und Enterprise Architects, um stabile und betreibbare Lösungen zu bauen
 * Evaluation und Integration neuer Tools, Frameworks und Technologien in unsere bestehende Toolchain - mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Sicherheit und Skalierbarkeit
