## Description

* Betreuung und Beratung in der Steuerung von Großprojekten im internationalen Kontext
 * Weiterentwicklung der cbs Projektmethodik (M-cbs) und Standards
 * Qualitätssicherung zur Einhaltung von M-cbs Standards und Vorgaben innerhalb des Projekts
 * Koordination von Aufgabenpaketen und Meilensteinen
 * Monitoring der operativen Projektplanung und frühe Identifikation von Abweichungen
 * Projektcontrolling und Reporting
 * Bearbeitung von Sonderthemen für die Projektleitung
 * Durchführung von internen Trainings und Weiterbildungen
 * Moderation von Workshops und Meetings
