* Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender in der Nutzung von Jira und Confluence
 * Administration der Atlassian-Produkte inkl. Einspielen von Updates und Betriebssicherstellung
 * Unterstützung in der Administration und Integration von Lösungen aus dem Umfeld des Softwareentwicklungsprozesses, z. B. Gitlab, Nexus Repository, Sonatype Lifecycle, Argo CD
 * Aufnahme und Bewertung funktionaler und nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen für diese Produkte
