* Having a strong understanding of defect detection, metrology, yield management, and experience in operating Linux/php/python is advantageous
 * Ability to set priorities and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on multiple issues
 * Demonstrated skills in conceptualizing creative technical solutions, documenting them, and presenting them to management
 * Strong presentation, technical writing, and communication skills in English
 * Strong ability to withstand pressure and good physical fitness
 * PhD or MS in Physics, Electrical or Chemical engineering or Materials Science with 2-5 years' experience of mask/IC manufacturing or OPC/EDA applications, Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
