Preferred Experience: * Webex Contact Center experience. * Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) experience. * Experience supporting geographically distributed or multi-site organizations. * Experience with large-scale Webex Calling deployments. * Familiarity with Cisco AI capabilities for collaboration, voice, contact center, AI assistants, and AI agents. * General understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, machine learning, AI agents, and practical enterprise AI use cases. * Cisco collaboration certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or CCIE Collaboration are beneficial but not required. ## Description * Seeking a Senior Unified Communications Engineer to support the organization's ongoing migration from legacy telephony platforms to Cisco Webex Calling. * This individual will serve as a Hands-on UC Technical Lead supporting cloud calling migrations across locations nationwide. * The role will work directly with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, telecommunications providers, and Cisco / Client resources to gather requirements, plan migrations, coordinate number porting, execute cutovers, and provide ongoing UC support. * The ideal consultant has strong hands-on Cisco Unified Communications experience with practical experience migrating organizations to Cisco Webex Calling. * This position does not require an AI Architect or AI Developer; however, the engineer should understand current Cisco AI capabilities and be comfortable discussing AI concepts and potential use cases with technical and business stakeholders. * The ideal consultant is a Senior Hands-on UC Engineer rather than a pure architect. * Company needs someone capable of independently executing Webex Calling migrations and supporting the environment while also being comfortable interacting with business leaders. * Deep AI implementation expertise is not required. * The successful consultant should instead have enough exposure to Cisco's AI strategy and capabilities to discuss AI agents, assistants, LLMs, machine learning, and potential voice / contact-center use cases credibly with stakeholders.
