Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IAM operations, employee onboarding/offboarding, and related activities. Create and enhance a centralized IAM governance framework, role definitions, and access management standards. Align IAM processes with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and other enterprise systems. Analyze existing IAM-related workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and security. Assist in the development of structured automated workflows for provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and approvals that support integration with ServiceNow. Deliver written reports, status updates, and documentation as required by the IAM Program Manager.
