\u2022 Strong time and workflow management skills\n
\u2022 Comfort and familiarity in unit testing, peer code review, and automated testing techniques like Selenium (create, edit, maintain, execute)\n
\u2022 Work within the parameters of Agile & Scrum methodologies\n
\u2022 Willingness to mentor and teach junior developers' community best practices in a constructive fashion\n
\u2022 Ability to methodically think through new and exciting challenges in a collaborative team environment in order to provide technically sound solutions\n
