* 7+ years of Java Back End development experience.
 * Advanced expertise in Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
 * Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and distributed systems.
 * Experience with Oracle, SQL/NoSQL databases and data modelling.
 * Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or other event-driven messaging technologies.
 * Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git and DevOps practices.
 * Experience with JUnit, automated testing and code review processes.
 * Experience with Spring Batch and Spring Integration.
 * Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
 * Experience with Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.
 * Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
 * Strong understanding of Back End security, performance tuning and monitoring.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be comfortable leading the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Back End systems, resolving complex technical challenges, and driving engineering excellence across modern Java microservices environments.
