## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience or equivalent training in SMT manufacturing environment
 * Hands-on experience supporting SMT production
 * Understanding & experience of SMT processes and equipment maintenance and repair
 * Screen printers
 * Pick-and-place machine
 * Automatic Optical Inspection systems
 * Reflow oven
 * Experience with:
 * Root cause analysis
 * Design of Experiments (DOE)
 * Process validation and qualification skill
 * Yield and defect reduction strategies
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
 * Experience with CAD/CAM, MES/SFC systems, or process simulation tools is a plus

 * Strong analytical and problem-solving with hands-on troubleshooting skills
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard manufacturing environments
 * Strong ownership, attention to detail, and sense of urgency

The SMT Manufacturing Engineer keeps the Surface Mount Technology processes running smoothly, stable, efficient, and high-quality with hands-on experience, skills, and teamwork
Key Responsibilities

 * Maintain SMT equipment and process efficient
 * Drive yield improvement and process stability
 * Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective & preventive actions
 * Support line setup, process parameter development, validation, and qualification
 * Support line balancing and throughput optimization to improve efficiency
