## About the Role

* Leadership experience in post-sales technical roles (Customer Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Delivery Solutions Architecture, or equivalent), ideally within SaaS, cloud, or data integration environments.\n
 * Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to tie post-sales technical engagement directly to measurable business outcomes (iARR, NRR, GRR).\n
 * Technical familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), data integration technologies, and modern data stack tooling (including dbt).\n
 * Experience managing senior, tenured technical ICs, with the ability to add value beyond individual technical depth by leading through coaching, calibration, and cross-functional advocacy.\n
 * Stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior cross-functional peers (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Partners) and senior customer stakeholders alike.\n
