DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
ArcGIS API for Python: Experience using this for "DevOps for GIS"-automating user management, content audits, and cloning environments between Dev, Test, and Production.
ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript (4.x): Mastery of the 4.x series, particularly creating custom widgets and handling 3D visualizations.
