The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflow solutions across Telecom BSS/OSS environments., BPM / Telecom

 * Strong understanding of JBPM Workflow Engine.
 * Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 Process Modeling.
 * Expertise in Drools Rules Engine and Decision Tables.
 * Experience in workflow orchestration and business process automation.
 * Strong Telecom domain knowledge with exposure to BSS/OSS systems.
 * Ability to translate business requirements into process-driven solutions.

Technical Skills

 * Core Java / J2EE
 * Spring Boot & Spring Framework
 * RESTful API Development & Integration
 * Microservices Architecture
 * SQL/Database Concepts
 * Git & CI/CD fundamentals, * Experience in Telecom transformation or workflow automation programs.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
