This role sits at the intersection of connectivity infrastructure, critical facilities, construction execution, commissioning, and project delivery. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex deployments involving structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, network connectivity, commissioning activities, vendor management, and mission-critical systems. This is not a pure networking position and it is not a pure MEP role. Successful candidates combine technical infrastructure knowledge with strong project leadership, field execution, stakeholder management, and quality assurance experience., Infrastructure Program Delivery * Own site-level connectivity infrastructure activities from design review through turnover and operational readiness. * Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and progress reporting. * Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, commissioning, engineering, logistics, operations, and vendor partners. * Identify project risks, drive issue resolution, and escalate critical items when necessary., * Oversee deployment of structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, network pathways, and supporting connectivity systems. * Review design packages, bill of materials (BOMs), installation plans, and as-built documentation. * Support installation partners during deployment, validation, testing, turnover, and acceptance activities. * Ensure field execution aligns with approved designs, standards, and specifications. Mission-Critical Environment Oversight * Coordinate activities impacting critical power, cooling, network, and operational systems. * Participate in commissioning, startup, testing, integrated systems validation, and operational readiness processes. * Support handoff between construction, commissioning, and operations teams. * Monitor infrastructure readiness and ensure project milestones support business objectives. Vendor & Construction Management * Manage installation partners, contractors, and third-party service providers. * Conduct field audits, progress reviews, quality inspections, and installation verification. * Drive accountability for schedule, safety, quality, and performance. * Establish a strong "right first time" culture across all project participants.
