 * 6+ years of backend, platform, or software engineering experience.
 * Strong experience designing and building distributed systems and internal platforms.
 * Proficiency in Java, Go, Scala, Rust, or C++.
 * Hands-on experience with Kafka, Pulsar, NATS, or other event-driven technologies.
 * Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and search databases.
 * Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across teams.
 * Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills., * Experience with Kubernetes and platform engineering.
 * Contributions to open-source infrastructure projects.
 * Knowledge of service mesh, workflow orchestration, or platform APIs.
 * Experience with API versioning and backward compatibility.
 * Technical blogging, conference speaking, or other community contributions.
