## Description

to students, faculty, and staff by assisting with hardware, software, and classroom technology issues. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience aligned with a Desktop Support Technician career path. This position will work under the direction of the Technology Support Manager., * Provide Tier 1 desktop support for Windows and macOS systems

 * Troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers)
 * Assist with software, OS, email, and network connectivity issues
 * Log and track requests using an IT ticketing system
 * Provide basic classroom and lab technology support
 * Assist with computer imaging, setup, and inventory
 * Communicate clearly and professionally with end users
