## Description

* Own the design, implementation and landing of features that make Roblox more secure and more accessible for users of all ages on all platforms.
 * Collaborate cross-organizationally with partner teams in Growth, Discovery and the broader Roblox Safety org.
 * Help define how goals get accomplished and have real influence over product direction.
 * Influence how users first experience Roblox, often forming their baseline expectations for what security should look like on the internet.
 * Instrument and analyze user interaction data (A/B tests, usage metrics) to inform design decisions and maximize product impact.
 * Own implementation end to end across the stack, contributing in Rust, C++, and Lua as projects require, using AI tools wherever possible.
